Studies show that nutritional deficiencies are common among people with anxiety disorders. Taking a daily multivitamin is highly beneficial for managing anxiety. My Kind Organics Women’s Once Daily is a certified organic multivitamin that is vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, verified whole food multivitamin with NO synthetic binders or fillers. Click here

Magnesium deficiency can trigger common anxiety symptoms. Also, research shows that a lack of magnesium is often seen in people suffering from chronic anxiety. Since magnesium is more easily absorbed in powder form, and calcium and magnesium should be taken in specific proportions, this Natural Vitality Calm Magnesium Citrate PLUS Calcium is the ideal supplement. Chamomile tea is calming, soothing, and tasty, plus it's one of the most effective anti-anxiety drinks. Studies show that chamomile has many health benefits for people struggling with anxiety and sleep. Sip on chamomile tea before bed but be sure to buy loose chamomile flowers for optimal health benefits.  Click here

Yoga is one of the most effective anxiety management techniques. But you can’t get into yoga without the right yoga mat. I have tried and tested many different ones. For me, the best yoga mats are made from natural rubber because they are eco-friendly and non-slip. I have the Tiggar Yoga Mat made from biodegradable, 100% natural tree rubber with non-toxic foaming agents and non-AZO dyes. Click here

Anxiety makes us tense, tight, and less flexible. Improve your flexibility and release muscle tension with a yoga strap. Gaiam Yoga Strap has an adjustable metal D-ring buckle loop. Click here

Writing down your thoughts, worries, and emotions, in an anxiety journal can help you relieve some of your emotional pain, but also allow you to identify the changes you need to make to improve your mental health. Although you can write things down on any piece of paper, you're more likely to make journaling a habit if you have a notepad that you actually like!  Here is one of my favorites! Click here

At the heart of anxiety are negative thought patterns. But if we continue to think negative thoughts, we can't expect to heal from an anxiety disorder. Louise Hay’s Book You Can Heal Your Life helped me to change my thinking in a more positive way. Louise writes simply, lovingly, and beautifully, and if you asked me what is my number one book that I'd recommend for anxiety relief, it would have to be this one! Click here

Financial worries trigger more anxiety and so, working to manifest abundance in your life can help you alleviate some of your anxious thoughts. I absolutely love the Financial Abundance Meditation by Teal Swan. I am not an affiliate of Teal’s work but I truly believe in what she does and I often share her resources! Click here
